YEAR: 2022 – project
Acoustic study of a rehearsal room made up of a rectangular main volume measuring 18,30 m long, 9,35 m wide and 6,30 m high. A public area or amphitheater is distributed over the entrance and in a volume added to the main one, with a capacity for 90 spectators and independent access from the upper floor.
The year 2002 represented the beginning of a new stage for the Unió Musical de Torrent, as it was the beginning of the construction and refurbishment works of the old Montecarlo de Torrent cinema premises, the new headquarters of the Society as Social Venue, rehearsal room, administrative center and School of Music.
Located in the heart of the city, on Avenida al Vedat de Torrent, it is an excellent point of reference for the musical activities of the different sections of the Unió Musical de Torrent as well as for the training of new musicians through its School of Music.
