REFORM AND REHABILITATION OF THE CAPITOL CINEMA IN POLLENÇA

2022 – BASIC AND EXECUTION PROJECT

This project deals with the use of the closed Capitol Cinema, for this, in addition to the comprehensive rehabilitation of the room and hall area, the Cinema will be provided with general toilet services, dressing rooms, and storage area in the house adjoining at Calle Maura 25. It will also be equipped with all those facilities for the comfort of the occupants, such as air conditioning, elevator, ACS... and all spaces will be adapted to current regulations.
The two existing premises on the ground floor, the old home and the old bank branch, will also be the object of intervention, since without them the intervention object of this project would be unfeasible. These premises will be left “raw” and each one will have a smoke outlet.
