The rehabilitation project of the Teatro Serrano de Segorbe includes the recovery of said theater and the conditioning of attached services such as classrooms, administrative offices and a multipurpose room.

The main hall, with stalls and two levels of boxes arranged in the shape of a U, has dimensions of 15'00 m. wide and 15'50 m. long, with an average free height of 11'00 m.

The stalls or stalls have a capacity for 258 spectators, which is completed with 85 spectators on the first floor or boxes, and 68 spectators on the second floor or amphitheatre, resulting in a total capacity of 411 spectators.

The stage box is rectangular in plan, with dimensions of 15 m. wide and 80 m. deep, and with a maximum height of 5,60'13 m. and minimum of 80'10 m. Under the stage there is a storage room and two dressing rooms with direct access to the stage from both sides of it.

The program of the Teatro Serrano building is completed with a multipurpose room located on the second floor. It has a rectangular plan, with dimensions of 8 m. wide and 65'12 m. long, and a free height of 40 m. The capacity is approximately 2 people.

There are also five classrooms located on the first floor, partitioned by screens that allow for possible variations in layout, with floor areas of 9.80 m2 for the smallest and 27.70 m2 for the largest.
