The plot on which the work is carried out is located in Playa de Piles, province of Valencia, at the confluence of Montdúber and Miramar streets.
It is an isolated multi-family building consisting of a ground floor for entrances, parking and swimming pool, and five upper floors with a house on each of them, so that on the roof floor there is the private terrace of the house located on fifth floor.
