«The building of this preliminary project is the one that obtains the best valuation regarding the architectural quality 14/15 due to its magnificent entrance with a large square pedestrianizing Zornoza Bernabeu street with a successful volumetry and combination of the glazed surface with the skin of the auditorium and its large balcony.
It successfully solves the needs program by correctly integrating the different dependencies with the auditorium on the first floor, for which it scores an 8/10 for technical and functional feasibility.»
