The project is based on the construction of the new House of Culture of El Molar, whose main facilities will be an auditorium/theater, two classrooms or multipurpose rooms and various adjoining facilities.

This building will take advantage of the existing foundations already in place, which will greatly influence the final volume.

The stage equipment will consist of extensive functional and support infrastructure, both in the stage area and the auditorium, to accommodate events ranging from theatrical performances to concerts, film screenings (film library), presentations, etc. This includes both the initial equipment and any future equipment that may be added, as well as providing space for the technical equipment of the companies performing in this new building.

The project requirements are as follows:

-An area designated for insightswhere users can learn about the activities taking place in the building and ask any questions. It will be located facing the main entrance to ensure accessibility and easy identification.
-A stage with stage box, where the main leisure activities and scheduled public shows will take place.
-A auditorium with capacity for more than 300 spectatorsThis auditorium, which serves as the main hall and the heart of the building, will feature seating facing the stage so that the audience can comfortably enjoy the performances.
Locker rooms for artists and groups performing their shows, as well as other private dressing rooms for the center's workers.
-A control room intended to manage the lighting and other technical aspects of the stage.
-A classroom primarily intended for dance activities, equipped with the necessary elements for its proper development.
-A multipurpose/exhibition room, conceived as a space that allows the celebration of ephemeral events that do not require large areas, such as small cultural exhibitions.
