The complex is located in the north of the city, next to the Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja Natural Park and the Quiron Hospital (formerly San Jaime), and consists of a Music Auditorium and a Teaching Conservatory.

The project is developed in a single building composed in plan by two concentric ellipses. The interior ellipse becomes the main hall or symphony hall with a capacity of 1.221 spectators and a 183m2 stage. Next to it, there is a chamber room with capacity for 356 spectators and a 60m2 stage.

The exterior ellipse gives the shape to the building, housing a large hall and allowing complete perimeter circulation.
