EL MOLAR CULTURAL CENTER (MADRID)
BASIC AND EXECUTION PROJECT – CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The goal is to create a building that can be used as a cultural center, taking advantage of the existing facilities.
A new volume will be created and its interior will be adapted to meet current usage demands.
Its interior will be equipped with two multipurpose rooms and a main hall or theater.

EL MOLAR LAYS THE FIRST STONE OF ITS FUTURE “JUAN MORENO” HOUSE OF CULTURE
Today El Molar experienced a historic moment with the laying of the first stone of the future House of Culture, a project long awaited by all the residents.
This important infrastructure, financed through the Regional Investment Plan of the Community of Madrid, has a total investment of €3.691.001,85, and will provide the municipality with a modern space for culture, leisure and community participation.
Furthermore, it has been announced that the new building will be named “Juan Moreno House of Culture”, in homage to this local artist with a long national and international career
